I came across Olga’s (Co-founder & Lead Product Designer, Netrix Digital) work and thought that she would be perfect for this redesign task.

Describe the project in detail.

Netrix Digital redesigned and updated the app. I received a mockup shortly after I showed the project and the existing design. It was clear that she knew what she was doing, so I could trust that the job would be well done.

What was the team composition?

I only dealt with Olga, so I'm not sure what the team structure was like.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I haven't launched the redesign yet, but based on my experience, I'm confident that it will outperform the previous design. Everything was done well.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was perfect. I'd get an update, check it out and provide feedback.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I was impressed with the attention to detail and the turnaround speed. Olga was quite professional.

I have no complaints. I provided feedback at the end, but it was minor.
