Duogeeks handles our website development projects. We usually tell them our requirements, and they then build the websites. Some websites are built from scratch, while others aren’t. They’re mostly informational sites with basic contact forms. All of them are built on WordPress. 

What is the team composition?

I usually work with only one teammate per project. 

How did you come to work with Duogeeks?

I found Duogeeks through Fiverr. 

How much have you invested with them?

My investment has been over $10,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started the engagement in July 2022, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality of Duogeeks’ work has been great. 

How did Duogeeks perform from a project management standpoint?

They meet our budget and are typically on schedule. They can be a little behind schedule, but that’s only when the workload is heavy. To communicate, we use WhatsApp. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

The quality of their work is the best thing about them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They can improve their responsiveness.

Come prepared for what you’re looking for and provide examples — Duogeeks will be able to do it.

I’m the owner of Timber Garden Cabins. We build timber houses and granny flats.

What challenge were you trying to address with Duogeeks?

We wanted to improve our sales, brand awareness, and engagement.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Duogeeks designs and develops WordPress websites, does our SEO, and manages our Google Business Profile. Our partnership has been a journey. We first started with them about four years ago. Duogeeks developed our first website. 

Since we were in Australia, we then connected with an Australian developer and copywriter to bring the site more into the language of our Australian customers. The developer redid our website, SEO, and marketing for a bit, but the outcome wasn’t as good as what we did with Duogeeks, so we returned to them. We redid our website and worked with Duogeeks for a while.

Afterward, we received a grant for digital marketing from the government. We needed to work with an Australian company to get the grant, so we left Duogeeks again. We worked with the Australian company and had the grant pay for it. However, the outcome wasn’t as good as our work with Duogeeks. When the grant ran out a year later, we went back with Duogeeks, and we won’t leave again.

We only talk to Lovish (Founder), but more teammates are working on our website.

How did you come to work with Duogeeks?

We found them on Fiverr.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent about $9,000 AUD (approximately 6,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We first started working with them in January 2022. Our engagement has been on and off, but it’s ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Duogeeks has achieved great quality work. We’re currently very focused on our rankings and main keywords. When we started, we weren’t visible on Google. After a few years of going somewhere else and coming back, we’re now number eight on Google’s search results. I’m certain in 1–2 months, we’ll be at the top.

Additionally, we’re starting to generate a lot of leads. Previously, we spent a lot of money on Google Ads, but now we’re considering reducing ad spending. We’re getting more organic reach, so we don’t need to spend that much on Google Ads.

How did Duogeeks perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been totally on budget and on time. Moreover, their communication has been excellent. We’ve set up a sheet on Google Sheets to leave comments on edits and changes.

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

Lovish is very knowledgeable and responsive; he’s good at getting things done. Moreover, he’s helped us a lot with setting things out.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The web development and SEO sides have been very impressive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could improve their copywriting skills.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I recommend starting today rather than tomorrow. We’ve been very happy with them; Duogeeks has been much more cost-effective than Australian companies, and they’ve given better results.

We hired Duogeeks to redesign our website to showcase One Earth Rising™'s unique gaming and healthcare solutions. We sought a platform that not only demonstrated our revolutionary approach to medication adherence, but also immersed our audience in an engaging game experience. However, it was difficult to locate a team capable of effortlessly integrating these features.

Duogeeks addressed our assignment with energy and inventiveness. They painstakingly prepared each aspect of the project, beginning with in-depth conversations to understand our company's Ethos and aims. From there, they developed a holistic design approach that included gaming aspects while remaining focused on healthcare solutions. The project's stages included brainstorming sessions, wireframe creation, design revisions, and, eventually, the execution of the completed design.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcomes of our partnership with Duogeeks have been nothing short of amazing. Our newly updated website has received positive feedback from both existing and new visitors. We've seen a huge rise in user engagement, as visitors spend more time exploring the site and playing with the gaming elements. This increased involvement leads to a stronger relationship with our brand and, as a result, more awareness of our medication adherence solutions.

Working with Duogeeks was a complete delight. Their staff worked flawlessly with ours, creating open communication lines and a collaborative environment. Despite the project's complexity, their proactive attitude and response to input kept the workflow efficient and orderly. It felt as if we were all working toward a common goal, which made the entire process joyful and worry free.

What actually distinguishes Duogeeks is their capacity to think beyond the box. They did more than simply create a basic web design; they filled our platform with creativity and ingenuity, making it into an immersive gaming experience unlike any other in the healthcare business. Their enthusiasm for pushing limits and discovering new ideas was palpable throughout the project, and it ultimately contributed to our success.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Duogeeks could have done differently?

While our experience with Duogeeks has been extremely excellent, there is always opportunity for development. Perhaps adding more interactive game aspects or using cutting-edge technologies could improve the overall user experience. However, this is more of a recommendation for future initiatives than a criticism of their existing performance. Our partnership with Duogeeks yielded excellent results.
