Now not even 50% of the design is finished and they do not move forward anymore and removed the whole communication in slack.

This was the worst experience I have ever had with an agency from abroad.

We had to pay 80% of the money upfront, otherwise they would not give us access to the Figma files.

They even threatened us to do a negative review online and wanted to force us to sign a contract where we would be forbidden to do a review in exchange for the existing design files.

They say that they are 50 employees but they are only 26. They try to make you think they are a big US company but they work only remotely form India.

Whenever we had questions or required adjustments, they promptly addressed our concerns and provided solutions. Their proactive and customer-focused approach significantly contributed to the smooth execution of our project.
