The challenge was to create a hyper geo-local website experience for our global operations, starting from Dubai, our HQ in the Middle East. We started with strategic discussions and design thinking workshops with all important stakeholders from our cross-functional teams spread across our operating countries. The learnings from this phase translated to getting started with the ideation phase, followed by consistent research validations with all our global heads and our end users. This also required Lollypop to work with our other partners in development and digital marketing.

Constant support from Lollypop strengthened our understanding and direction further to restructure the design engagement. We are glad we were able to course-correct at very early stages. Continuous attention to detail in the user journeys and overall experience on the website design showcased measurable improvements and progress on the design engagement with Lollypop.

Effectiveness was continuous learning. Lollypop ensured they are well in sync to ensure timely outcome validations and design experience delivery.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I liked most were their design approach and business and audience understanding. Then when we decided some parts of the design is not working, Lollypop happily did the iterations until the outcome was matching the business goal that we had in mind. Their goal was so in line with our business, that the number of iterations did not matter.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Better strategic planning of their internal resources (human capital) to increase the speed of delivery and also better alignment amongst various internal stakeholders. Overall still a good experience.

After some initial discovery meetings, their team presented a few different themes for our core web pages. We had several meetings via Google Meet and provided feedback via Trello. Their team sent us wireframes with the core design components for both the website and application, and got to work once we sent our approvals. The finals designs were sent as Sketch files.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Thanks to the Sketch files that they'd sent, we were able to build the website and platform quite easily. The features on our app platform are easily visible, and more of our customers have been using it to good effects as a result. The website also has a fresh, youthful look to it and is continuing to generate and convert more leads than before.

Both of our teams were constantly in the loop as we collaborated on Trello. We also used Google Meets for demo sessions. All designs were well thought out and they gave us a clear picture behind their decisions. We received all deliverables on time and communications were clear in case there was going to be any delays.

Despite not having the experience of many use cases similar to our industry and requirements, they were able to understand our objectives and motivations behind the redesign. We set an account up for them on our platform, and they were able to identify the key areas for improvement and come up with UI/UX ideas and solutions in relatively quick time.

Things could always be done faster, but quality is more important than speed and we ended up with a great website and platform.

After going live, we had received 10000+ downloads both on IOS & android platform in a span of 3.5 months. We organised 46 matches in the first month itself for our audiences. The app ran smooth and flawless. our users loved the app so much so they gave us five star ratings on playstore and IOS store.

We used to get frequent updates from project manager on weekly basis about the progress. The combination and coordination between them was seamless.

This agency is best in the business. We had a dream and they made it a beautiful reality. They have spot on knowledge for Mobile app/ web development and across design domain. I would come back to them again for my future projects.

If you want something rapid then the quality suffers. Lollypop agency never compromised with quality and did their work as quick as possible. I would say they are unbelievable in every area. Brilliant work.

We just launched the app at the beginning of July. The first thing I heard from the users is that they are loving the UI. They’ve done a really good job for me. It was all remotely done because of COVID-19. Our team and their team did a phenomenal job collaborating and implementing it.

They merged their consumer knowledge and fintech app knowledge into this project. They automated this entire thing so well. They’re really experienced and take a hands-on approach. They actively took our feedback again and again.
