We had a list of requirements, and then I gave more detailed specs. What was really important was that they were always flexible. Sometimes we had to change directions. Between the technology they use and the skills they have, it was never an issue. They never said 'No, we can’t do that.'

Besides their service, I was impressed with the range of experts on the team. Whenever we had questions, whether technical or creative, they brought in someone knowledgeable to help us troubleshoot. There was truly nothing they could not do. I also appreciated that Elevation works exclusively with nonprofits, so they understand our ecosystems and constraints. And they are so reasonably priced. We would not have been able to re-do our website without them. Other firms were quoting us twice as much...but the product we got from Elevation did not skimp on quality.
