Nothing comes to mind. Our company doesn't use Google Suite, so sometimes there's a need to adapt to that; however, that's hardly the fault of OuterBox.

Project Management has been amazing. Items requested have been delivered on time and they have been very responsive to our needs. Many times, they have ideas of what they think is best based on the data that has been collected. They'll go over why and then ask if I want to tweak or approve the idea before implementing it.

Adrienne, Nathan, and AJ took over our account from Topspot. I was worried when the transition occurred because I had been with Topspot for a long time (over 20 years).

I couldn’t have asked for a better team to be assigned to me.

My experience has been excellent. Their communication was clear and responsive, and they brought great strategies and creativity to the table. In one meeting, I was going to bring up a few areas where we would like to see increased traffic. They made the recommendation to me before I had a chance to even bring it up.

I don’t think it gets much better than that!

I would not change anything about their services. New ownership change has desire to try their own marketing group and never gave OuterBox the chance to demonstrate value or compete for business. This change is not an OuterBox issue, this is consolidation of power by new ownership.

The only thing the new marketing group will be doing that Outbox does not seem to do is working directly with our CRM to create segmented lists for targetting lead gen.

They're VERY picky when they go through their technical audit (which is worth every penny) and they present a list of deliverables in a very digestible way. Their communication style is friendly and approachable, while still educating us where we've got knowledge of some gaps.

Over the last 12 months, we've seen amazing growth in our targeted URLs in keywords that rank in the top 20 and overall domain keywords that rank in the top 20 on SERP. They're excellent to collaborate with and I can't wait to see the results of this current engagement.

As they are a smaller company, sometimes their response time is delayed by a few hours. This is understandable with meetings and trainings that they engage in. I'm nitpicking here as OuterBox is an amazing team!

We hired OuterBox for Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Paid Search. As part of SEO, they managed a lot of ongoing website content management.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Our parent company, Hunt Companies, Inc, highly recommended them.

They analyzed all of our historical AdWords campaigns and we met monthly to refine them and determine where to create new campaigns. In the same monthly meeting we also determined where content had to be enhanced, and how we could keep content fresh. We also kept up with all the required security updates for the site.

Five total: VP Business Development, Marketing Acct Mgr, Senior SEO Strategist, Senior Paid Media Strategist, and Copywriter.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Most recent metrics: Click-through rate (CTR) improved 15% YOY, we outperformed three of four largest competitors in keyword performance, and through September our impressions were up versus the prior year 32K, or 17%.

Very smooth. Monthly meetings, communication as needed throughout. Good response times.

They are truly a one-stop shop for digital marketing.

The only downside for us, would be how to better integrate "old-world" marketing media (i.e. direct mail) that is still relevant in our industry. That said, it's probably not a concern for most other companies/industries.
