They set editorial calendars based on our quarterly objectives — it’s very easy to get distracted when we’re handling multiple tasks, so their efforts are appreciated. They’re good at sticking to timelines, but they’re also very accommodating and can pivot if we need to modify deadlines or shift our focus to another resolution.

A lot of times, when you hire someone to do graphic design, they’re not very good at communicating.
