I am the CEO of Digital Marketing Netic. We help real estate agents by marketing their services to potential sellers and buyers.

What challenge were you trying to address with All Phase Media?

We needed them to redesign our website and update our SEO backlinks and campaigns.

What was the scope of their involvement?

All Phase Media adjusted the content on our website to make it more user-friendly. Initially, their team conducted some research on how to improve its appearance and considered my preferences as well. They then worked on the backend design of our site by organizing our features and services.

Additionally, their team provides ongoing marketing support by facilitating our Google store and SEO efforts. They update our backlinks, create blog content, and optimize our keyword searches to boost our Google ranking.

What is the team composition?

I mainly work with Michael (Owner) and two content writers.

How did you come to work with All Phase Media?

All Phase Media was recommended to me by another company I was acquainted with. I then spoke with Michael, and after explaining my business goals to him, he was very honest about timelines. His team seemed to have a good mixture of talent and honesty, so I decided to move forward with their services.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent more than $3,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started in January 2021, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We don’t have the numbers at the moment — we expect to see these results once their backend work for us starts to pick up. However, it’s good to note that All Phase Media succeeded in cleaning up our website's structure.

Their marketing work for us is ongoing, so there’s really nothing to measure in that aspect so far.

How did All Phase Media perform from a project management standpoint?

We mainly communicate via text and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

All Phase Media doesn’t make promises that they can’t deliver. Michael has been helpful in making us understand that it takes time to achieve promised results, especially in the realm of marketing. Honesty is very lacking in this industry, but their team is clearly an exception to that.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have anything as far as now.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Don’t expect to get the results you want overnight — that’s not how it works in digital marketing. However, you can trust All Phase Media’s team to do everything the right way.

I’m the owner of a dropship and e-commerce platform. We sell self-defense, security, and surveillance products.

What challenge were you trying to address with All Phase Media?

A lot of the items that we sell violate the terms of service of large e-commerce and payment platforms. We needed custom SEO solutions to improve our website’s search rankings as we can't join mainstream marketplaces.

What was the scope of their involvement?

All Phase Media developed our WordPress website, while the e-commerce part of the site is on WooCommerce. The team worked on both backend development and frontend design. They integrated a payment processor and shipping functionality. They also added all of the products, feeds, and similar aspects.

All Phase Media also does our SEO. They’re currently running an SEO campaign.

What is the team composition?

Mike (Owner) oversees the project, and he referred me to another person that does the technical work. I collaborated more closely with that person.

How did you come to work with All Phase Media?

I searched online for a web designer on Long Island, and I gave All Phase Media a call. They seemed to be more cost-effective than most other firms. At the time, I didn't have a lot of money to get started on this project; due to the stark difference in their pricing compared to everyone else, they were pretty affordable for me.

How much have you invested with them?

The website was billed at $2,500; for the SEO, I pay them $800 a month.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together around January 2016. Although the website is now finished, they are still doing SEO work and site maintenance.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

When I first contacted All Phase Media, my site was only getting about seven visitors a month. Right now, the average is 2,000–2,500 monthly visitors, so it’s a big difference. 

We don't get a lot of repeat customers; once somebody lands on the site, they see our product and think it’s cool and affordable, and they buy it. We're getting a lot of traffic even though we're not on mainstream marketplaces. All Phase Media has done a pretty good job.

How did All Phase Media perform from a project management standpoint?

They're excellent at communication. I get updates every month, but I often hear from them in between with reports on what they've been working on or to keep me in the loop about improvements on the site. They will ask me if I notice an increase in traffic after they’ve implemented changes so that they can figure out what works. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

They are knowledgeable and always willing to help and offer ideas. They're definitely not salesmen — anytime they tell me about something that might work, they just tell me that they have an idea. If it's something I want to try, great; and if not, no pressure. You can tell a salesman from somebody that wants to help, and All Phase Media is always willing to help.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of any off the top of my head. I’m pretty satisfied with their service. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Just be open to their ideas — they have a lot of good ideas that other people haven't mentioned or brought up. Everybody else seems to take a one-size-fits-all approach.
