I’m the owner of a mortgage company.

What challenge were you trying to address with iSimplifyme?
I own three companies, and have worked with iSimplifyme on various projects at each of them. I am not very tech savvy, so I needed a full-service solution.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
They’ve overseen a wide spectrum of services for us. They built our website, managed our web platforms, and helped with our social media marketing and AdWords campaigns. They also did some things that were out of scope. They’ve built software for us and even run IT support for my computer.
I made requests for features and the look of the site. They’re always very amenable and turn things around within about a day. No task is too small for them.
What is the team composition?
My main point of contact is Joe (Founder and CEO, iSimplifyme). I also interact a little with his programmer, AJ (Chief Creative Officer, iSimplifyme). There were other names listed on our correspondence, so their internal team must be bigger. Joe always makes things easy to understand. He’s a good administrator and he listens to my concerns.
How did you come to work with iSimplifyme?
A friend of a friend referred them to us.
How much have you invested with them?
We paid about $15,000 for the web design. The monthly service charges for social media and ad spending were more.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together between January–June 2017.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I like them a lot and use them frequently. Their sense of style works for us and they understand what we do. Their first deliveries are usually pretty close to what we want and we usually have very little revision.
They’re willing to create from scratch and their work always feels unique and original. They bring a personal touch and tailor their services to our business.
How did iSimplifyme perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re better than anyone else I’ve worked with. I can call them early in the morning or late at night and they still get back to me quickly. There is no comparison between them and other places. iSimplifyme has never left me waiting.
What did you find most impressive about them?
They have a lot of knowledge and know how to make your goals succeed. They provide great creativity and response times and are alert to our issues. That’s their greatest strength. They know their craft and deliver marketable sites that are stylish and user-friendly.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I don’t have anything I would change about their work. Anything that went wrong in our engagements stemmed from my ideas.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Trust them. Tell them your brand and advertising goals. They’re creative and will give you what you need. I’ve used them for several projects and I’m pleased with how specific they are with our requests.
