Our website had to be completely redesigned, along with new branding components, improved functionality, and an all-around better user experience. One of the main deliverables was a fully responsive website that was faster and had better security measures. It was also optimized for desktop and mobile devices. They also gave us continuous assistance with any maintenance and updates.

Within the first three months of the launch, there was a 40% increase in the amount of time users spent on the new website and a 25% increase in lead generation. This indicates that the new website significantly increased user engagement. Additionally, we observed a significant enhancement in the general performance and speed of the website.

The project management of MOMENTUM was superb. They were incredibly accommodating to our needs and met all of our milestones on schedule. They were always willing to make the necessary adjustments and were fast to respond to our inquiries.

We were particularly impressed by MOMENTUM's ability to translate our vision into a website that accurately reflected our brand and their in-depth knowledge of the IT sector. Thanks to their inventiveness and technical know-how, the process ran smoothly and efficiently.

To be honest, MOMENTUM's efforts pleased us greatly. They performed an excellent job overall, however if I had to make one criticism, it could have been beneficial to provide more updates early in the project.

I'm one of the owners of Phone Repair Philly, Philadelphia's #1 tech repair company. We fix, sell, and buy all kinds of electronics and have four stores located inside the city.

For what projects/services did your company hire Momentum Digital, and what were your goals?

We hired Momentum for SEO, Social Media, and GMB Suspension work. Our original goal was to rank high organically on Google as well as improve our social media presence. After a few months, Google had actually suspended 2 of our best locations for reasons they never explained. Thankfully, Momentum is very skilled in this field as well and was able to lift our suspensions in a matter of weeks while still preserving our GMB Profiles.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We selected this vendor because one of their owners actually worked for Google and has the best understanding of that company. In our line of work Google is the #1 driver for business and now generates almost 80% of our revenue. I cannot speak highly enough of this company, especially if you own a retail business.

First, Mac had developed a google form that would be submitted by every customer (I cannot go too deep into this form as we do not want our competitors to replicate it). This form made our average shop review shoot up to a 4.8 rating which organically ranked us at the top. For Social Media, Momentum had us do Holiday giveaways which really allowed us to reach thousands of new clients. We went from only getting a few views per Instagram Story post to now we get hundreds of clients viewing them daily to see what deals we have. GMB Suspension removal was completely handled by them and we didn't have to do a thing.

We worked with an account manager, a social media marketer, and an email marketer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As stated previously, our main goal was to rank higher organically on Google because that is our #1 source for leads. Momentum got all 4 shops to have a 4.8 rating with hundreds of reviews on each location. ALL real reviews from REAL clients who actually had work done with us. They gave us credibility in this city which is absolutely priceless. Momentum understood what people want to see from a small business and did more than deliver on its promise.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Both of the owners work 7 days a week and about 16 hours a day. If you call them at any time I can guarantee they will answer. They pride themselves on the integrity of their company and their communication shows you that day in and day out.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their main focus is the success of YOUR company and will do anything in their power to make that happen. The work ethic that their entire team has shows you how much they care about what they do. I do not have a single complaint about this company or any of the work they provided us. I highly recommend Momentum to any retail company in this city.

We do not have a single complaint about the entire process. Their team over delivered for what we paid for.
