Outranking the guy I was previously not outranking. Giving me key inside information that I and other competitors had no understanding of.

They were honestly super honest. They had goals in the beginning and if they weren't or couldn't be met they were straight up and explained instead of wasting my time leading me on in specific directions.

DUSK optimized our local SEO, redesigned our website with UX/UI principals in mind, created  “geo” landing pages, and set up a local services ads account. On top of this, they launched a successful Facebook advertising campaign.

Once Google My Business was optimized we started to show up in the “3-pack” at the top of the organic results. In the paid advertising section, our local service ad showed, and the optimized “Geo-landing page” for that location showed up in the “normal” Google Search results. 
The organic rankings improved significantly for us, and the number of clicks our website received grew 10x! By dominating “real estate” in Google Searches and having a productive Facebook ad campaign, the number of monthly leads increased by about 4x.

The key to success was opening up more marketing channels to source leads. The monthly deliverables were:

Out of all the marketing companies that we have worked with DUSK was extremely responsive. These guys never sleep! Everything in the monthly deliverables was on time, and any extra tasks were done quickly. 
They responded to our needs that we didn't even know about. For example, we were missing a customer review automation set up and they set it up without charging. Basically, everything we needed was taken care of and then some!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

As mentioned, we have worked with several marketing agencies in the past. Most had an out-of-the-box solution that wasn't very valuable. On the other hand, DUSK implemented many proactive custom solutions that weren't included in our initial contract. They didn't try to upsell either.

Their fast communication and custom solutions really make them stand out!

Are there any areas for improvement or something DUSK Digital could have done differently?

The only thing was that DUSK was very hands-on. Some of our employees had to get used to this.  But it wasn't a bad thing, just required our people to communicate more.
