The small amount of project management required on their side was done very well by Eric. We were in touch on a daily basis: whenever we needed him, and he was there to help and support, although we have some time and geographical differences. We worked with volunteers with zero or little experience with computers, who said that Jason was the best to work with when he gave walk-throughs to set up their emails or Microsoft Teams accounts — he was very patient. Asteroid IT went above and beyond and even took care of additional tasks I wasn't aware of. Although we don't have an active engagement with Asteroid IT, I reached out to Jason a couple of weeks ago because I was having a technical issue, and he responded immediately and took care of it.

5.0 Aug 5, 2024Out of all the marketing companies that we have worked with DUSK was extremely responsive. These guys never sleep! Everything in the monthly deliverables was on time, and any extra tasks were done quickly. They responded to our needs that we didn't even know about. For example, we were missing a customer review automation set up and they set it up without charging. Basically, everything we needed was taken care of and then some! As mentioned, we have worked with several marketing agencies in the past. Most had an out-of-the-box solution that wasn't very valuable. On the other hand, DUSK implemented many proactive custom solutions that weren't included in our initial contract. They didn't try to upsell either.
