The small amount of project management required on their side was done very well by Eric. We were in touch on a daily basis: whenever we needed him, and he was there to help and support, although we have some time and geographical differences. They were available, responsive, and very collaborative. We used Google Hangouts for daily discussions, during which we made sure that we were on track.

Because they’re trying to understand the problem we’re solving, the team is willing to go outside of its comfort zone to find the best solution for us. It’s a different mindset than you’d expect with other web developers. Building a relationship with them is probably the most important thing. They do try and sit down to understand what you’re looking to achieve, so it’s a good idea to spend time with them.
