I'm the CEO and founder of a game studio and we offer all type of game development services to international clients.

We hired Qwerty Experts to update our website with new graphics, information, portfolio, etc. As our previous website was too outdated.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We searched for vendors on LinkedIn and contacted numerous contact persons from different team. We hired Qwerty Experts because they quickly understood our vision and what we wanted in our new website.

We had several meetings first where we finalized the concept and key information that we wanted to show on our website. After that they provided us with the UX wireframes for all the sections and screens. And after our approval they started the work on UI and visuals designing. Where they helped us a lot in-terms of how to showcase our portfolio best. Then the actual development started and they deliver us a quality assured product as per the decided timeframe. The website is built on WordPress.

From their team. three people worked closely with us. The project manager, Developer, and SQA engineer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The end product they delivered was totally satisfactory because we generated traffic on our website and numerous clients approached us after seeing our website and the work that we showcased on it. So. the overall outcome was as per the expectations.

Their project manager was completely engaged with us throughout the project timeline. He kept us posted with daily updates and informed us firsthand if there were any issues. We used Slack for communication.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The quality of work in each aspect whether, the UI/UX, Development, testing, and publishing was up to the mark. They provided the complete product on the decided timeframe without any delays. And the whole team was very co-operative and flexible as they tried their best to cater all out queries. And sometimes on weekends as well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We are still in contact with them for further updates and some additions that we think should have been added previously but they didn't suggest that. Like a chat bot to cater the clients initial questions when they visit our website.
