I’m an executive director at 4Cs, and we do advocacy for early childhood educators and families that are looking for care.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with Easton Design, LLC?

We were doing a rebranding of our logo, and we also wanted to freshen up our website.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

We gave them the freedom to design our logo. It was up to them how to update our logo and make it look professional. As a result, they proposed different color palettes and produced four different logos, to begin with. Since no one was too jazzed about their proposal, the team went right back to draw up some logos. After that, we were able to pick our logo.

Then, we had a pre-existing WordPress website, and we didn’t scrap all of it. Instead, Easton Design focused on redesigning our platform with the new logo and branding. Their main purpose was to give it a fresher look, and that included rehoming some of our tabs. Easton Design continues to host our site. 

What is the team composition?

We work with two main points of contact which includes the person working on our logo.

How did you come to work with Easton Design, LLC?

I met them through some networking opportunities years ago and I always wanted to be in a position to collaborate with them. Their nonprofit pricing was great — it was so much less than what we were paying before and what we’d seen from other companies. Furthermore, they stated what they could give us, and they were very helpful across the board. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent in the ballpark of $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

Our ongoing work began in April 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve been easy to work with. We’ve had a couple of issues after the initial website setup, but they’ve been very quick to respond and troubleshoot.

We don’t have any metrics to fall back on necessarily, but we’ve been pretty satisfied that our platform has adopted a completely new look compared to its previously antiquated appearance. Our signage has also been much more noticeable in front of our building, and our social media pages are looking good and vibrant because of the team’s logo work and the color palette.

How did Easton Design, LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They’re professional, timely, and they communicate well if they experience any issues. They’ve never left us hanging, and we constantly keep in touch with them through email and Zoom. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Easton Design is so appreciative of the business that we have with them. I’m not sure if every web design company necessarily feels that way, but that’s the vibe we get from them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t have a lot of feedback or criticism regarding Easton Design. We’ve had great experiences with their team.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

I highly recommend working with Easton Design. They’ve been very thorough in their research about our organization to ensure that we get exactly what we want.
