For what projects/services did your company hire CodingIT, and what were your goals?

We had to build a platform from scratch. We built a subscription platform for online dance and movement classes. And then the project expanded into a fully bespoke marketplace platform to expand the business into new regions and with connect supply and demand in different geographies.

Easy communication, multiple languages (Spanish & English) and value for money.

They developed the platform from scratch: Subscription platform has a sign up page, a login page integrated with Memberstack and Stripe, a dashboard for customers with access to live classes and recorded content. The marketplace platform has multiple modules including: - Listings, search, customer dashboard, supply dashboard, time conversion for local times, Stripe Connect integration. Both platforms also include a CMS (Content Management System) or "Super Admin" to manage listings, profiles, on-demand content, and more.

3 people: A CTO, and two developers.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We launched both platforms and managed to acquire customers from 20 countries paying an average of $30/month.

The project management was tailored to this project. We had direct communication with the CTO as well as developers and were able to share with them mockups, wireframes, design drawings and requirements through email, Discord and phone.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The possibility to combine expertise in different languages and countries is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

While the quality of the work was great, it would be good to improve the documentation process so that this can be taken on by any other developer in the future. However I would recommend them again to other companies, especially those working globally.

I am new to developing a site for my business and they helped me figure out what it was that I wanted/needed. I provided the information I needed legally to disclose as well as what I really wanted and they honed in on me to create a great site.

• Constant communication from them as to where we were with links to show the work.

They were above and beyond on time management. I personally was not in a rush and they probably waited more on me lol. They were very responsive to my needs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Dealing with Cyril first of all and his desire to help those who have had bad experiences with less than reputable companies really touched me as I was one of those people. That and his desire to really want to help people resonated with me based on the work I do as well. 

Pablo was also very caring in his work as you could tell in his communication that this was more than just a job for both of them. I believe Pablo had minor surgery at one point and was trying to keep working on my project and we both had to tell him to relax and recover. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone looking for this type of work.

None at this time with the scope of work I had with them

We hired CodingIT as we were getting ripped off by another developer that wasn't doing any engineering work. CodingIT came in and rebuilt the system quickly and efficiently and helped us launch it to our clients.

We needed to launch a custom web application for accounting. We spent time scoping the work, agreeing on design and wireframes, testing, and then deploying. It's been a great project.

tighter feedback loops where changes are made throughout instead of in backed up sprints to keep overall backlog light.

The original website was built approximately 2 years ago and was badly in need of a redesign and promotion as there are tons of new people exploring this part of the world.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was referred to them from a friend. I needed someone who spoke Spanish and English, understood Western tastes, the Luxury market for homes and rentals, and how to promote these items online.

Complete website redesign. It needed to look and feel premium throughout as the desired clientele are the top 10% of the Americas. Would up with a 15 page website that drastically outperforms the previous version in terms of site speed, UX/UI, and organic results.

3 worked with me directly. Pablo Sosa, the co-founder, was responsible for ensuring my vision was communicated to the team and on time. Leandro Suero served as the Development Lead and my questions were answered. Pablo A was the other developer that I worked with for the design and UX/UI improvements.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

They met my budget of $6,000 USD and delivered the new site in about 60 days from the kickoff.

Very communicative and responsive! I was in a Discord channel with their team and could ask questions directly to them and get a response the same day (usually within minutes or hours). Files were shared via a shared drive for the project on Google. Copy/site structure were first organized in Google Sheets/Docs to make live edits and sharing easier.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They understood my goals and desired outcomes but did not assume that they did. They made me feel as if I was their only client, even though I know they have others.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

This is something they said they are going to address, but invoicing was a little confusing as I didn't have too much experience with wire transfers. They mentioned they are creating a portal to pay invoices on their websites with CC and ACH to make it a little easier on people like me.
