I'm the communications manager for an association offering pine products and services.

What challenge were you trying to address with WebArc Technologies?
We hired WebArc Technologies for a complete website redesign and build.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
WebArc Technologies built a new website from scratch, combining six different legacy websites into one. The project required creating a new website brand by pulling all those different website assets into one. Initially, we had several planning calls to identify the brand style and color.
We also identified the content from the six other sites we were combining into one and made a plan for how we would incorporate that content, building from the main pages down to the subpages. As for the technology stack, WebArc Technologies used WordPress and Webflow.
What is the team composition?
We worked with Tom and Chantelle.
How did you come to work with WebArc Technologies?
We found them through a personal referral. We ultimately chose them because of their personalized services and cost.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $30,000–$40,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from April 2023–February 2024. However, they continue to provide website hosting and maintenance as necessary.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Our website was launched just seven months ago, so we're still measuring success. Still, we saw an increase in traffic, and the website saved us time. Our former websites were very outdated, so being brought up to the current version of WordPress made making website updates, adding additional pages, and adding content much easier.
Overall, the quality of WebArc Technologies' work met our expectations. We received many compliments from our members and other associations and companies within the industry. The new website was easy to use, easy to navigate, and very informative.
How did WebArc Technologies perform from a project management standpoint?
WebArc Technologies delivered on time and budget and communicated well with us. We communicated via email, phone calls, and Zoom. Once all the pages were completed, the team also integrated Teamwork.com during the review process. This tool was a nice, complimentary way to provide feedback for revisions in real time.
