Get Healthy
A regenerative, hormone and medical weight loss clinic in Overland Park, Kan. was struggling to bring in new patients. Previously relying on word of mouth, they needed a modern digital marketing strategy to drive web leads and phone calls. In 30 days our team created a Google Ads program along with a reporting process and a compliant lander that generated 15 qualified leads. The client was able to make back their marketing investment once the first patient converted, and since then, they have expanded their paid search budget as the program continues to convert. We also expanded into other areas such as e-mail marketing, social media and SEO. In two months, the client has earned 44.5K impressions and 1.02K clicks, resulting in 38 conversions.
Our team has tremendous experience in the healthcare industry and knows how to navigate Google Ads and compliance roadblocks. Our approach for this client was to get leads pumping into the front office ASAP. With our vast expertise in SEO, social media, content creation, website design and development, email marketing, influencer collaborations and reporting — we were able to help this practice grow.

Stylish Kitchens
Our agency created a social media strategy with a unified message for this local Kansas City kitchens remodeling company. We continue to help them make original content for social media campaigns through video production and photoshoots.
We have nurtured their lead generation by making monthly newsletters that continue to get great feedback from their following while drawing in new clients. To support their funnel, we have helped them partner with local influencers for collaborations that have grown their brand awareness. We launched a Google Ads program that was successful in fueling their business.

Livin' Luxury
Our agency created a Facebook Messenger ad campaign to engage prospective buyers and investors for a luxury villas property in the Dominican Republic that generated hundreds of digital leads. After launching a Messenger ad program, our team created and installed a chatbot within Messenger to automate conversations and streamline workflow. The initiative resulted in 260 Messenger conversations within the first month at an average cost of $2.00 per conversation, well below the industry average cost per lead of $29.
We also designed a custom sweepstakes initiative to engage prospective buyers and investors for a luxury villas property in the Dominican Republic. Gathering a curated selection of like-minded brands, the project created an entire experience through brand collaboration prizes. In all, the sweepstakes generated over one million total impressions, more than 26,000 landing page visits and 14,000 new email contacts, in addition to a drip campaign set up to nurture leads.

Website and Rebrand for Change
Our agency is thrilled to have this amazing Kansas City foundation that supports five local charities as one of our clients. Our first task was to complete a new website that would beautifully showcase the foundation along with the five organizations and launch it before one of their big events. We were able to successfully rebrand and create a fully new website before this hard deadline.
Along with the website project, we took on their social media channels. In this process, we formed a brand voice and cohesive aesthetic for their Facebook, Instagram and Twitter channels. In the first 28 days of running their Facebook, they gained 73 new page followers and a donation for one of their fundraising events, along with a reach of 117,934 and 5,531 engagements. In the first two months of creating a trendy and inspiring Instagram, the account grew organically from 313 to 387 – 74 new followers. Their average number of likes on a post went from 15 to 25.

Pet Friendly
A global animal health client wanted to reach a new market of consumers in Australia. Largely focused on B2B efforts, they needed tactics that would provide new data and immediate analytics to track brand reach and social media engagement with consumers.
January 2020, we launched an influencer marketing program with the client, growing their following by 37%, and also generated unsolicited testimonials, which positively reviewed their product. Over the course of six months, the placements earned 1,000’s of post engagements and over 25,000 impressions with influencers who were paid and some who did trade for the product. The influencers tested the client’s nutraceutical product for osteoarthritis with their pets and provided reviews in the form of Instagram content.

Take Flight
Our agency doubled our aviation client’s flight training hours with multichannel marketing in a few months. Through the use of original and curated content, branded images and mobile videos, we were successful in growing the client’s presence on social media. By integrating sales and marketing tactics including a CRM, social media, mobile videos, Google AdWords, email marketing and Facebook ads, we doubled flying hours and are generating inbound leads through the website for charter flights and maintenance each week.

Tax Time
A commercial real estate and personal property tax consulting firm, representing hundreds of clients across the U.S., wondered if it would be possible to generate leads through alternative digital channels. To date, their sophisticated call center had been the source of most lead generation activities. Through an integrated and goal-oriented approach, our team worked with them to complement their efforts and put digital marketing and advertising strategies in place to drive new leads. With a modest and extremely targeted budget, we were able to generate leads for them for the first time through paid search, email marketing, social media, content creation, SEO, landing page development, website optimizations and more.
While all of these tactics work together, paid search, in particular, drove the most direct web inquiries to their sales team, which they converted into several new clients. Some of the sales opportunities included 50 plus retail and hotel locations. In just one year, we created approximately 60 new assets including case studies, webinars, videos, and more.

A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this client over the phone. Below is an edited transcript.
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I am the owner and president at KC Wellness Center, a private medical practice. We’re in the business of wellness medicine, focusing on integrative medicine, hormones, nutrition, and more.
What challenge were you trying to address with JSMM?
We were looking for marketing help to acquire new patients.
What was the scope of their involvement?
JSMM provided digital marketing services for us. They were initially only handing out social media, but they did such a good job that we expanded the engagement. Their team created and posted the content for us on Google and other social media channels. They send proofs before posting the content, but I often tell them to post if they don’t hear from me within 24 hours of receiving the proof.
We only had a base website to start and eventually had their team also built out our site. From there, they provide SEO, blogging, content development, and PPC services. At times, they also provide print ads for magazines and write press releases.
What is the team composition?
We work with four members of the JSMM team. My main points of contact are Valerie (CEO & Founder) and Audrey (Social Media Coordinator).
How did you come to work with JSMM?
I did some research on our competitors and found that JSMM has developed a few of their websites. I contacted and interviews them, along with a few other companies. The other companies were not local, which did play a role in my decision. I also liked JSMM’s past work, so I decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We have invested between $180,000–$200,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
Our ongoing engagement began in January 2015.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
JSMM sends me regular reports that show me engagements, views, clicks, and more. The real key metric is getting new patients in the doors. We ask patients how they found us and about 90% of our traffic has come from their digital marketing efforts.
How did JSMM perform from a project management standpoint?
They have excellent project management skills. I talk with Valerie 3–4 times a week to stay caught up. She often goes over the reports with me to see how we’re feeling about our patient flow. JSMM is very autonomous and handles all project management internally.
What did you find most impressive about them?
JSMM drives results. Every time they come up with a new idea that we chose to explore, we see a positive result.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, I’m very happy. I’ve gotten a great return on my investment.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
I recommend working with JSMM. They’re very familiar with the space we’re in, they know all the tips and tricks.

Digital Strategy, SEO, & Social Media for Bus Distributor
“We haven't had a single thing that we've thrown at them that they haven't been able to do.”

Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the owner of Schetky Bus and Van Sales. We sell buses and vans to school districts, transit agencies, and corporations across the US.
What challenge were you trying to address with JSMM?
We wanted to create a consistent and engaging marketing strategy that would allow us to reach our customers across all platforms. We needed all different modes of marketing from email blasts to social media campaigns.
We were doing marketing and advertisements ourselves, but we weren't very consistent. We neither had a strategy nor knew the science behind what we were doing. We realized there was more to marketing than just advertising. We also wanted to separate ourselves from our competitors.
What was the scope of their involvement?
JSMM does everything from our Google Ads and SEO to the actual redesign of our website. They also do our email blasts through MailChimp, and they handle all of our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. JSMM also integrated our website with Zoho CRM while working on the lead-capturing side of things.
We do a weekly call, and they create an outline for every single one of our calls with links and everything else. Every end of the week, we get all of the upcoming posts that we go through and approve. We cover SEO and Google Ads every call, but we dig into the figures, the spending, and everything else once a month.
What is the team composition?
We have Val (CEO) as our main point of contact, and then there are 3–4 people who offer input on certain aspects of what we're doing. They chime in and tell us what they think we ought to do.
How did you come to work with JSMM?
We were working on a deal with one of our manufacturers, and I wasn't happy. They were good, but they didn't have a broad offering. Then, I got a phone call from JSMM to go through a marketing piece they were doing for our manufacturer.
I was impressed with how they conducted themselves, and I eventually asked them what they do. They weren't trying to press me for business, and it wasn't a hard pitch. I wasn’t even planning on switching, and I didn't think that there was anything better out there. Then, I met JSMM, and I thought they were a lot better, so I hired them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested $5,000–$10,000 for their services so far.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working with them in May 2020, and the partnership’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
When I see graphs, and when we’re getting more actual phone calls and leads coming through our website, I know that what they're doing is working. Our past company used to show us higher engagement and online visitors. However, I always asked them whether we were getting qualified leads. With JSMM, our qualified leads have shot through the roof. For an investment in a marketing company, that’s the bottom line — and they deliver.
Additionally, a lot of the things they post are under my name, and people have responded well to them. JSMM has a good understanding of how to walk that fine line between being professional and being amusing and positive. They don't say things that are inappropriate, and they know all of the new trends and things out there that are new and funny.
How did JSMM perform from a project management standpoint?
They’re great, and everything’s outlined. When we get on a phone call with them, we're not just flying blind. They have an outline, and 10 minutes before every meeting, they update that outline. There's a structure to the call. They understand that time is valuable, so they don’t waste our time. We simply go down the list and cover all topics. They give me a full schedule of when things are supposed to go out. If I want to make slight changes here and there, I will. It's a turnkey solution.
They're totally open and accommodating to whatever we might want to do. We can throw anything at them, and they're always ready to look into it and see what they can do. We haven't had a single thing that we've thrown at them that they haven't been able to do.
Val is a great point person because there's no guesswork. If we send something to her, she makes it happen. With other companies, when you send something to the wrong person, they'll tell you to contact somebody else. With Val, we don't need to have an in-depth understanding of their corporate structure to get things done.
We don't have to figure any of this out on our own. If we have an issue or there's a roadblock to getting customers' information, we just ask JSMM and they figure it out. It's been awesome.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We want our name to be up there and for people to follow us on different platforms so that we seem relevant and people can enjoy our post. JSMM helps us do that, and they have a great sense of humor and a sense of what’s relevant and what people like. It’s a good relationship. We’re also getting leads, and we’ve seen a real uptick in our new business.
Other providers are good at giving metrics that make them look good. They're always telling me to look at the improvements and the information they provide that supports that. However, at the end of the day, if we're not getting leads, there's no point in spending our money on it.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Throw away everything you thought you knew, let them create a plan, and run with it. Everybody likes to think they know marketing, and I thought I knew it, too. However, I’ve learned quite a bit from JSMM. Have faith, do a trust fall on them, and let them handle it. You’ll see results.
