Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder of Purpose Project XXI, a non-profit organization mentoring young men towards a more fulfilled life.

For what projects/services did your company hire Eikon Labs, and what were your goals?

Purpose Project XXI is a brand new initiative. We hired Eikon Labs to build a brand new website and create a promotional plan to help communicate and promote our vision.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I met Anebi / Eikon Labs at an event. We connected a few times to see how they could help us. He was very patient and clear in explaining the process. I trust and feel totally comfortable working with Eikon.

I met with Eikon Labs to help us develop a new website in late May. I had a conference at the end of June and I really wanted to have a website ready by then. They created an amazing website, on web flow, in time for the conference.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I only worked with the owner/project manager directly.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Website was completed by our initial deadline and soft launch. The website is still being developed further as we near our big launch.

I had a couple in person meetings with project manager to discuss ideas and expectations. The remainder of the process was done over Video calls and email, as needed.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Since I am not very tech literate, I appreciated how friendly and patient they were through the whole process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The website had some minor issues and typos but they were quickly corrected once I pointed them out.

I’m the CEO of a recruiting and staffing firm. We also specialize in video production.

What challenge were you trying to address with Eikon Labs?

We engaged Eikon Labs to create and launch our website.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Besides creating the design of our website, we discussed the content, the features, and the copy of the site. I provided them our requirements, and they used Google Domains and utilized Google to create wireframes as well. The team proposed creative ideas in terms of what our site would look like. 

After developing and designing our site, they now continue to host our platform. They also continually update the site when needed.

What is the team composition?

We’re working with two developers from Eikon Labs.

How did you come to work with Eikon Labs?

I befriended a Navy a couple of years ago, and we stayed in touch. We had a lot of different overlapping paths and he referred Eikon Labs to us. The team's price point was also hard to beat.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent a little over $1,400.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together in November 2020, and it’s ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

They’ve done an amazing job, and we’ve got a pretty good site. 

How did Eikon Labs perform from a project management standpoint?

They have an excellent project management process. We communicate through email, text, and more. We also use Slack and Whereby.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They understand the heart of our business, and they help us communicate our mission and vision.

Are there any areas they could improve?

If they’re able to help us with some of the content that goes on the site, that’d be great. I see a lot of companies don’t do this, so that’s probably shooting for the stars. We also know that it's hard to do because service providers have to know their clients on a different level in order to give that support.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Come ready with your vision and with your copy done. The more prepared you are, the better.

inCitu is a social impact venture that democratizes urban development by incentivizing community participation through immersive experiences. Our AR-platform layers planning proposals on top of the built environment, including visualizing their potential impact on their surrounding while effectively crowdsourcing residents' feedback.
