We came to rock city digital to create our website from scratch. We discussed the project and our vision and they created an incredible website that we are very happy with. From the photography, design, videos, and format, they did it all.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The outcome of the project was perfection! They embodied our vision and company culture into this website. From the layout, to photography and videography, everything is exactly what we had hoped if not more. Every step of the way we had incredible communication including weekly emails of progress, steps and successes that were celebrated along the way to the final product on launch day.

Our timeline was longer due to our company launch date being pushed out, but even so they started on our project right away and made us feel like a valuable client. They demonstrated excellent project management skills including timelines, goals, and continuous feedback loops. Rock City uses a system where you can view the website in real time and enter in feedback or questions directly onto the website.

This allowed us to always be thinking about updates or changes we saw and they would get them changed immediately or provide their feedback and expertise, which we valued.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We felt like we had a true partnership with Rock City Digital and that they were an extension of our own company. We felt like they were our team members and that we were all working towards a common goal. We enjoyed the culture and personality of each person we worked with and all were incredibly competent and knowledgeable in their specific role. The owner/ceo was accessible and we felt Kait was also cheering us on during the process and was there to answer any questions we had.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Rock City Digital could have done differently?

n/a, we had a top-notch experience and we wouldn't change a thing.
