It's says something that I've found myself on sales calls a couple of times and realised that what the client needs is a either a better understanding of their own brand, or a new brand entirely and I've ended up pushing our brief back and pulling Naeem and his team to do this essential ground work before we can do our own stuff. They just get it really quickly and distill that excellence into only what will make the client's business better.
