The expectations of the outsourced team were the same as our internal group. The buy-in from the reps was amazing. They truly felt like part of the team and showcased the company in a very positive light. Their ability to speak to the product was great, and they were actively striving to get better daily. The collaboration that they had with the internal reps and management team was great.
