The projects involved comprehensive accounting services. Due to time constraint, I needed some help with the yearend bookkeeping. Unity's team engaged to support various financial tasks and deliverables, including preparation of financial statements, reconciliation of accounts, and generating custom financial reports based on specific requirements. My projects use Xero and Quickbooks.

Unity Communications’ accounting team provided exceptional support by understanding my specific requirements and delivering accurate, timely financial reports. Their professionalism and knowledge of accounting standards and the accounting system have made them my preferred choice for accounting assistance on similar projects in the future.

Unity was very thorough. The project management team understood the agent profile we needed and screened each candidate. They clearly communicated and involved specialists at each stage of the process. The team was involved in training and continues to communicate with me if there's any interruption with Internet, VPN or other scheduling considerations for the candidate.

I’m giving Unity Communications 5 stars! They got my life back when I hired virtual assistants through them. I am a spa owner and I used to manage everything myself. As we got busy I was never present with my family since I had to not only make important decisions but also do all the work that requires to manage the business. It was very stressful and tiring.

I finally found this company that assigned me amazing virtual assistants that have all the skills I was looking for to manage everything I’ve been dealing with. Ever since I hired Unity I was able to scale my business to a higher level and have more freedom and time with my family! Highly recommend!
