They take feedback from our stakeholders very seriously; the surveys have been a good way to get information, and they’ve incorporated the feedback into their work. When we started, I was eager to sign the entire web design contract. However, it was very useful to take the sprint approach because it turned out my idea wasn’t as fleshed out as I thought it was. If we hadn’t gone for that, we would have found gaps. Instead, we delayed the process a bit, and now I feel we’re completely on the same page. Create Ape’s suggestion for the sprint option turned out to be time and money well spent, so I would advise that if they offer it to you, take them up on it, especially if your idea could use some honing.
