The concept is inspired by the structure of buildings, the lines create a vertical path from bottom to top to evoke growth. After our initial meeting with the team, I just felt the feeling like they knew exactly what they were doing the entire time and was open to our needs, wants and criticisms.

Created logo, designed custom folders with logo and design. Designed business cards with logo, layout and design. Created our website with multiple features. Constantly is there if we need anything adjusted on the site or on our back-end.

I met with 2 members and throughout the project interacted with a 3rd. The entire time everyone was very communicative and quick to respond. Felt like they were doing all the work, which was awesome.

Reuben (CEO and Founder, Plus972) built and designed a WordPress website from scratch. He made logo materials; although he didn’t create our logo, he modified it to fit with our site design. He created written content describing what we do.

My company’s CEO and Reuben knew each other. We also talked with several other companies in our industry, and almost everyone recommended Reuben. We got a lot of glowing reviews from his peers.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project just concluded, so we don’t have a lot of feedback yet, but my entire team is extremely pleased with the site. Everyone feels confident using the site to market our product, so it’s definitely accomplishing what we were hoping it would.

How did Plus972 perform from a project management standpoint?

Reuben was flexible in accommodating our tight timeline. Over one weekend, he helped us put together all of the materials we needed to start our sales campaign right away. Since it was such a short process, we didn’t have a lot of back-and-forths; we met once before we hired him, and his experience in real estate helped him to quickly understand what our needs were. Just 3–4 days later, he called to say he was done and ask us to look over his work.

Reuben was easy to get in touch with. We communicated via email and spoke on the phone once or twice. The entire process was simple and quick.

What did you find most impressive about them?

If any part of the project encompassed work that Reuben wasn’t specialized in, he brought in someone who was. He was able to find experts in just 3–4 days. Reuben definitely moved mountains for us, which is more than most clients can say about their branding agency.

No, we’re totally satisfied.

Any advice for potential customers?

Reuben knows what he can and can’t do, so if you meet with him for fifteen minutes, he can tell you whether or not he’s the right person for your project. He will be honest if he’s not the right fit.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our branding efforts have been very successful. The print and design work that was done for us, especially in promoting our new decorated pearls and faceted pearls had great reception and translated to sales. We continue to acquire new customers, many through social media in which we use the graphic design that was provided from Plus972.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow has been very good. We have had many meetings and follow meetings between our team and Reuben and his associates both in person and on the phone. We have ongoing projects that require constant communication and collaboration. Feedback response has been satisfactory and we continue to improve the working relationship.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The first thing that comes to mind is the personal touch of the owner and the attention to detail that can be counted on. Larger companies that we have used in the past have been slow to respond or unresponsive and underlings often did not take any accountability for projects. This is not the case with Plus972.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We value the quality of work and service given above all, which are areas where Plus972 has succeeded. Could things get done faster? Sure. But we are not willing to sacrifice either quality or service for those ends.

It was easy to communicate between both teams, which made it easy to schedule meetings in order for both teams to understand where we were in terms of progress in the project.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They had an expansive knowledge of web design. They knew many different ways they could make the interface more user-friendly, they made it easy to understand what they were doing for someone who had no web design experience.

Are there any areas for improvement?

I have no complaints about their efficiency or their quality of work, I truly believe they gave me the best product I could have asked for.
