Comprehensive implementation of the company website and integration with CRM, analytical tools and housing search engines. The entire process from scratch - from digtal strategy development, UX process, UI and front-end and back-end programming. Each process went according to expectations and needs as a result significantly increasing conversions and delivering a reliable tool.

First and foremost, noticeable user satisfaction with the performance of the website on desktop and mobile. This is definitely due to the UX and development of the website developed during the project. Another aspect is the visual perception of the company, thanks to the consistent and attractive design. Then there is the increase in conversions, thanks to the development of an appropriate UX and the reliability of the tool.

inDigital was responsible for digital strategy, UX, UI, development. During the initial phase of the project, we worked out together the direction in which the project should be implemented. This process resulted in a detailed plan, culminating in functional mock-ups as part of the UX process. In the UI stage, inDigital started with key visual design which resulted in a number of initial design concepts. 
Finally, once a graphic version was selected, all views within the site were designed in mobile, desktop and high resolution versions. In the programming stage, the agency programmed all views in accordance with the design, and programmed the animations. Everything was delivered perfectly in line with the design and our expectations.

A fundamental factor in defining the success of a project is the internal satisfaction of having the most professional website on the market. Customers and audiences return to us regularly praising the site and the way in which the performances are presented, which has a positive impact on ticket sales and opinions of our theatre.
