We had weekly or bi-weekly scheduled calls to discuss where we were at. We track the project in their tracking system which they still use today. Even today when we do tickets for any maintenance issue, we still use a project website where every ticket is logged and tracked and we can go back and see the activity that’s been done on that ticket which has been extremely helpful. They were very communicative and we could look in the project tool at any time to see what was happening.
