BACKGROUND

Introduce your business and what you do there.

We’re a dentistry practice that runs a fully digital clinic. I’m the executive assistant to our clinic’s dentist, so I’ve been running social media marketing and other support projects.

OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE

What challenge were you trying to address with ICS Creative Agency?

People don’t tend to expect a fully digital dentist clinic, so it was important to draw attention to the fact that we were doing something above and beyond other practices. We hired them to revamp the site homepage and later expanded the contract to include the entire website.   

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our collaboration with them started with a simple homepage redesign project. After they delivered their final designs, we were very impressed and wanted them to address the entire website. At that point, they rebuilt the whole website and began hosting it on their servers for increased security. They built the site using WordPress. 

What is the team composition?

I worked with four people, including Zack (Co-Owner).

How did you come to work with ICS Creative Agency?

We were recommended to them by my mother who had just used their services and spoke very highly of them. When we looked at their website and portfolio, they seemed like a good fit. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spent $15,000 in total. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in November 2019, and they wrapped up in February 2020.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We added MonsterInsights to the site after they completed it to track metrics. So far, we’re noticing that more site visitors are staying on the site for longer periods of time.  

How did ICS Creative Agency perform from a project management standpoint?

I was in contact with them once each week, sometimes multiple times every day. We communicated over Slack, so I was able to send them a direct message whenever needed. They responded to me no matter what the time.

In terms of project planning, their process and the upcoming project stages were very clear. They were very easy to get in touch with.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their personable quality and ability to make a connection with us made the process much easier. We could trust that they were as invested in the project as we were. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

Toward the end of the project, they submitted their final deliverables. However, there were a few errors that still needed to be addressed. When we brought this up, they quickly fixed them. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communicate with them using Slack. Through that system, they’re easy to get ahold of and responding to feedback.
