Most of the work we've done hasn't necessarily been the most conducive to measurement and tracking. For example, salvaging our client's previous website required auditing the entire website to identify and isolate the various bugs, errors, and inconsistencies. Once we'd completed that preliminary stage, Followbright actually went in and rewrote the source code, making ad hoc modifications as necessary. The client was ecstatic with their revamped site. Ninety-nine percent of the bugs and dysfunctions were addressed prior to relaunch. I'm not exaggerating when I tell you that our client thought the entire thing was some kind of miracle.

When we first launched, we had issues with the form connectivity from our site to our CMS & MA systems. We still collected the information but it was within the web system vs. our MA system. They were able to fix the issues but it did take all of us working together. Glide had set up a full-proof form so we didn't lose the data but it would have been bad had they not been proactive.
