A project manager, web designer but we also provided some of our designs, web developer to create the site and a salesperson before all of this if I'm to mistaken.

We are at the ending phases of the project. They often send mockups to me for confirmation.

We used WhatsApp but there were times when we connected through FB but very briefly they responded at a moderate speed.

Its based in Malaysia which is where I am based in everything was easy in terms of communications.

Nothing much from my side but we had to go back and forth on certain things but they did everything we asked.

We had meetings once a week to follow up with the progress and discuss on what to be improved. The main technologies used is WordPress PHP.
