Red Link conducted a personal and technical interview, plus a test to check knowledge and experience. According to the result of this interview, Red Link's HR was asked to carry out the incorporation tasks with Inclusion's HR.

The people we hired were subsequently incorporated by Red Link as permanent staff after the projects they carried out. One of the people today performs architectural tasks in the fraud prevention team. The fraud prevention system was transformed into a web application whose service was extended outside the company to its customers, previously it was an application for internal use. The billing system was re-structured and is currently being used as a new billing mechanism.
