Forum Communications was an extension of our marketing team. It wasn't just a single project, they led our rebranding efforts (logos, branding guidelines, messaging, etc.), product marketing (logos, design, messaging, collateral and more), email marketing, social media, public relations (press releases, media training, outreach), SEO, event support at trade shows, media events, and photo and video shoots, website development and more. The list is too extensive to include everything here.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Forum Communications was an extension of our marketing team. One example of a project that was successful due to their efforts was a product launch. They took this project on when it was just an idea on paper and started by building brand awareness and creating a following for the company to transitioning to the product. From email marketing to social media, collateral, website and media outreach, they successfully took this idea and brought it to market. At recent trade shows, not only did attendees rave about the product, they complemented the marketing efforts, as well!

We held weekly touch base meetings to stay on top on priorities and realign as needed. They were always responsive by email, phone or text. If there were any issues with delivery, they brought it to our attention so we could troubleshoot accordingly.

They truly care about their clients and the success of their clients. A win for their clients is a win for Forum. They may be small, but their team is a diverse group of experts that can support an entire company's marketing needs.

Leverage digital tools for project management that can be shared with the client for more transparency on projects and tasks.
