We have been wanting to re-design our website for a few years now, and have been disappointed with other vendors we looked into in the past. We've worked with other web developers and beanstalk is far superior from what we've had before. We described what we wanted- which is something very specific for the line of work we are in- and Beanstalk did not disappoint. 

They were able to hit the nail on the head every time. We wanted a better website that would draw people in and be able to connect with us through the website. We also wanted a website that was easy to use, navigate, and edit as needed. We got exactly what we were wanting

The website was put together exactly how we wanted. Not only is it super easy to navigate and edit on our end, but it is bringing in more foot traffic, and attracting more people towards our business which was in turn our biggest goal.

The team that worked with us were very on top of our project. They gave us dates and deadlines right from the very beginning and everything was completed right on time. Anytime we had questions or comments about changes etc, they responded back to us very quickly and solved whatever issues we may have had. They also provided a very great sense of direction for us when we ourselves, didn't know sometimes what exactly we wanted. They made the process as painless and efficient as possible

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We really appreciated the fact that our Beanstalk team made us feel like we were their only client. When we needed them, they were there. Everyone we met with and spoke with was extremely kind and professional. Even though most people do not understand exactly what our business does, they took the time to learn and understand so that they could deliver exactly what we wanted.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Beanstalk Web Solutions could have done differently?

I wouldn't change a thing. We are very pleased with our experience with Beanstalk

We were an existing company that needed a new platform built and to enter into the digital marketing area. Beanstalk built a new website and has optimized keyword search and advertising.

We are not an e-commerce-based company; transactions are done in person. We consistently have people tell us that they found us through Facebook/searching online (we are the first ones that came up). Our website hits continue to grow monthly.

Beanstalk delivered everything on time and consistently responded in a quick and efficient manner. When I send in a help question or need something revised on the website, it is always completed quickly. I am always met with quality customer service. We are a small company and do not spend a large amount per month with Beanstalk, yet are always treated as an important customer.

I find the structure of the company to be the most impressive. They are a very work diverse company. I have never asked for something that they could not deliver. As a client, I like that they are comprehensive. I find when I talk to the owner of the company, the knowledge base is vast, and I am always looking forward to what is next. The company is always interested in optimizing your time and money through new innovations.

Develop a website for products with a wide variety of add-on options and price points. The key was for them to simplify the menu of my product offerings so they could be easily understood by site visitors. They handled this very successfully.

A well-developed website, delivered in a timely fashion that addressed all of my needs. All resulting in providing plans to customers wanting to build.

Beanstalk was able to meet our project timeline and worked with us on invoicing to ensure we recognized the expense within the allocated fiscal year. Streamlined content and gave the site an overall refresh with a consistent look and feel.

Beanstalk was incredibly responsive. I don't think we ever went more than 1 business day between response to questions/communications. They were also extremely patient and accommodating in receiving our feedback and implementing changes. They were flexible in the way in which they received feedback and assets. Always pleasant and eager to please!

We loved that they were a local business that was responsive and flexible. They were extremely knowledgeable and addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner, while working within the constraints of our needs. Our programs are complicated and the content is not easy to digest/organize but their team did a stellar job of making an effort to understand and facilitate changes when necessary.

Their NEW IT guy is GREAT at returning calls. The old technical guy assigned to me really seemed to avoid getting on the phone. Helping me understand technically what I'm paying for, and developing a more strategic approach to my business needs
