TechMD is a professional team. They’ve helped us save money and make our jobs easier. They brought a vision for us, and they quickly became a partner. I always tell my other vendors that, if they’re talking to TechMD, they’re talking to us. They’re one of the few vendors that I rarely refer to as a vendor; I almost always refer to them as a partner, because that’s really what they are. In general, much of the feedback is anecdotal. A lot of people fear having to make the call and ask for help with whatever it is, but I never hear that from my staff. They’ll sometimes tell us that TechMD is still working on the problem, but that it’s been great working with them.

They have a person who assigns the ticket to whoever is best equipped for that project based on their skill set. TheCompuLab is very proactive in everything they do. For instance, last week, they wanted to review our security because we hadn’t talked about it in a long time, so they set up a meeting with me to review that.

The MVP's were delivered under time and budget, and ready for pilot testing. However, COVID hit the United States in March 2020, and at a time where we could have paused the project, LASO decided to pivot to COVID testing and immediately take the product to market. Bridgehead responded in incredible fashion to the pivot, taking us from Beta to a 1.x product in a matter of a couple of weeks. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to go live and serve over 1,000 actual appointments to the community for COVID testing.

If I could have done it differently, I would never have wanted to initiate the project without a supervising director.
