We went with them because they could set up our IT infrastructure exactly as we wanted.

Originally they came recommended by our local Apple Store's Business Group.

Our in-house server environment, set up by a different IT team, was inadequate, and had fundamental flaws in its setup. We needed an Apple-centric consultant who understood Macs specifically and could set up a system that worked well for our needs.
What was the team composition?
Owner/accountant, and a couple of IT tech staff who visit our office if/when the need arises.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Our server's stability, capacity, and speed improved dramatically when it was first installed to replace the original, and then its capacity was far stronger when upgraded for our expansion.
