How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After evaluating several partners, we chose IP Services based on their knowledgeable staff, accessibility and ease of communication.

IP Services re-engineered many of our systems to bring them up to date while enhancing security controls across the board. They have also assisted in increasing our monitoring systems and reports and several projects to increase security further or enhance business continuity. Their support for issues, large or small, have been excellent throughout our partnership.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We have worked with many different positions from Toni Overton, VP of Sales, Ryan Stephens, Director of Operations, several Solutions Engineers including Max Rubricht, Forrest Cutler and Caleb Yankus. Support staff in the Network Operations Center have also been very prompt and professional.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Network performance, uptime and resiliency have been greatly increased. Audit results have also benefitted from the increased controls, monitoring and reports.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflows between our team and IP Services have been excellent. They are great communicators, easy to get a hold of and responsive. The IP Services is very accommodating to the needs of my organization and team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The technical knowledge and solutions engineering from IP Services has been incredible. They come up with unique solutions quickly and understand their interdependency with other systems very well.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Whenever we have brought an item that needed improvement to the attention on anyone at IP Services, it has been addressed appropriately.
