Microsoft Office 365 Migration for Real Estate Company
"What was most impressive was the rabbit holes they found along the way."

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the VP of Technology. We have 9 offices spread throughout South Central Texas.
For what projects/services did your company hire Bridgehead IT?
We had an on-premise Exchange server that we wanted to migrate to the Office365. This was a one-time process that we would not have to perform a second time.
How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
We decided to move forward with Bridgehead as a partner because I knew the migration would be complicated. They had performed this procedure many time sin the past with other customers.
Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.
We started the migration by ensuring our Active Directory environment was set to best practices (we did not have a recycle bin). We then configured our on-premise Exchange server to have connectors to and from Office365. We then began the process of moving over all mailboxes to Office365. This process took some time as I wanted to transfer the 600 mailboxes in stages. We had hiccups along the way but Bridgehead was able to resolve those quickly.
How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
- David was the Director.
- Chris was the COO.
- Jason was the Project Lead.
- Mateo was the Implementer.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We have been able to now identify when our users get hacked before they do. This feature is available in Office365 but not our on-premise solution.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
The workflow was amazing. Mateo is the man! He was always responsive and I was never wondering where we were at any point of the process.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
What was most impressive was the rabbit holes they found along the way. We had some non email migration issues that Bridgehead helped identify and remedy. They did not have to do that, but it was highly appreciated.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I am very techy so I understood the lingo. However I could see another customer maybe struggling with the process. Maybe a customer dashboard to show the progress of the overall project?

Mobile App Development for Healthcare Providing Platform
"The product speaks for itself on the quality of the deliverable."

Please describe your company and your position there.
I am the COO of LASO Health Inc. LASO Health is a mobile application that connects healthcare providers directly to patients with upfront pricing, convenient booking, and direct access to specialists.
For what projects/services did your company hire Bridgehead IT, and what were your goals?
I was brought onto LASO to commercialize this consumer mobile application product. We started from a great concept on paper and extensive market research, then had to create a modern mobile application that had all the power and complexity of an Uber or similar.
How did you select Bridgehead IT and what were the deciding factors?
I did not have an existing relationship with BridgeheadIT when I joined LASO, but the Founder and CEO had years of success with them on their medical practice expansions and custom software projects.
Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and technologies used.
The initial scope of work was to build an MVP mobile app product for consumers and an integrated web-based product for our healthcare provider customers to manage their app presence and patient appointments.
We started from a sketch, moved to UX and UI, and finally to fully functional MVP products - in 4 months. Probably the biggest decision at the time of build was the technology: Flutter was relatively new in 2019, but the Lead Developer had confidence that it was mature enough, and that implementing it would pay big dividends in time and money when it comes to serving both iOS and Android devices.
It felt like a gamble but the faith paid off and the Bridgehead IT team delivered.
How many people from the Bridgehead IT team worked with you, and what were their positions?
I was provided with a team comparable to the mission: Lead Developer, Project Manager, several coders and testers, and even Bridgehead's COO. Additionally, in at least half the meetings, Bridgehead's Founder and CEO sat in to ensure great quality and service.
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
The MVP's were delivered under time and budget, and ready for pilot testing. However COVID hit the United States in March 2020, and at a time where we could have paused the project, LASO decided to pivot to COVID testing and immediately take the product to market
. Bridgehead responded in incredible fashion to the pivot, taking us from Beta to a 1.x product in a matter of a couple of weeks. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to go live and serve over 1,000 actual appointments to the community for COVID testing.
Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.
Bridgehead's project management on this ongoing project has been amazing, as it should be. The focus is always on quality first. In terms of communication, we messaged quick items as well as our meetings through Microsoft Teams, with full meeting recaps (2x a week) via email.
Kept everyone on the same page and created incredibly efficient meetings.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
Transparent and accountable service and they absolutely are co-owners of the product in terms of their urgency in solving problems and dedication to a quality product. The product speaks for itself on the quality of the deliverable.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Not at all. When we did experience "growing pains", Bridgehead's management team responded with the appropriate urgency and resources. I would change nothing today on how we work together to deliver this amazing product for healthcare consumers.
Thanks to Bridgehead IT, the company could identify hacked users instantly with the Microsoft Office 365 feature. The team streamlined the workflow and responsively communicated each process, keeping everyone informed. Above all, they worked beyond the call of duty, providing solutions.
