I’m a co-owner of H&T Engineering Services, a civil and structural engineering firm.

What challenge were you trying to address with Triada Networks?

We needed someone to support our network and IT infrastructure.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Triada is our managed services provider. We needed to set up a network when we started our company, so I reached out to Raffi (President). We discussed the best solution for our needs, and we decided on a cloud-based system. From there, they set up our servers, computers, network security, and other related matters. 

What is the team composition?

I primarily work with Raffi, but I’ve also interacted with two other teammates.

How did you come to work with Triada Networks?

Raffi and I attended the same college many years ago.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent $3,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We’ve started working together in December 2020, and it’s ongoing. 

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve never had any IT-related problems or downtimes since working with Triada. Everything has been flawless.

How did Triada Networks perform from a project management standpoint?

Triada’s services are very cost-effective. We send them an email or use their ticketing system whenever we have a concern. Their response time to our questions is very quick — issues get resolved much quicker than anticipated.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Triada listens to our needs and comes up with a solution that’s best for our business. As our company expands, we rely on Triada to support our IT infrastructure. We appreciate that they tailor their services according to our firm’s relatively small size.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I can’t think of anything.

Tell them what you want to accomplish, and have them propose what they think is the best solution for you.
