Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

I needed a new printer set up, a dual monitor set up, accounts for Zoom and Teams set up and some assistance with scanning.  In one remote session,  three of my four requests were completed in a timely fashion.  The dual monitor was the last and it turns out I just needed the correct HDMI cable.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

I am not tech savvy so the help they provided in getting my devices up and running quickly allowed me to move forward with launching my business much faster.

I was contacted in a timely fashion, my appointment was set up within a day or two and the work was able to be done remotely.   They answered all my questions,  they even set my mind at ease with a few things I wasn't sure I could tackle on my own.   The confidence they gave me is priceless.

First class from beginning to end!  They listened to all my needs.  All were likely small issues in the grand scheme of things.  Everyone I spoke to truly cared and that meant a lot.  I was treated with patience, kindness, compassion and a sense of urgency.  They were instrumental in getting my small business up and running.     

Are there any areas for improvement or something TCW Computer Systems/Glick Audio & Video could have done differently?

No.  I was very satisfied, it was a great experience.

As a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) we needed a trusted data security partner to help ensure that our borrowers and clients’ personal and financial information is protected to the upmost degree. Working with TCW-GAV gave us the ability to encrypt data and allowed our team to focus on providing the highest quality lending experience.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Security trainings for the ASSETS team have educated us on the dangers of security breaches and ways to spot scams in order to protect our data and our clients. We’ve been able to increase our cyber security and our team’s ability to be a line of defense.
