What was the scope of their involvement?

Acroment Technologies IT Services has been providing data management for us for a long time — they even set up and configured the whole wireless network. It’s an ongoing process where they provide us with all of our computer support services and consulting; whenever one of our computers or the entire system breaks down, they fix it right away at any time of the day or update it if it’s necessary. 

What is the team composition?

We work directly with Eric (President); he’s been helping us throughout all these years.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $10,000–$50,000 with them so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2004, and the engagement is ongoing.

They always provide high-quality work when we need them — they take care of any issue right away.

How did Acroment Technologies IT Services perform from a project management standpoint?

They’ve been highly responsive to us. In terms of communication, we do phone calls and emails.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They have highly responsive, intelligent, and technical staff. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

I don’t think there’s anything they can improve on.

Follow their advice carefully; they’re excellent and know what they’re doing. They can help you run your business more effectively through their insight.
