We have immediately in three months have identified and saved over $100K in app/software expenses and improved internal customer service / help desk by outsourcing and eliminating $300K + in annual salaries for IT staff.

Yes, the K3 Technology team responds to my needs usually within 24 hours. We meet every two weeks to discuss future needs and check in on progress of ongoing projects and deadlines. The team is very responsive and provides more value to our company from the previous IT team.
