webhosting
adding hosting and managed services for systems requiring Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliance
additional cybersecurity support with Cloudflare and Crowdstrike.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Hosting Uptime. Managed hosting (updates, troubleshooting, etc.). Worked collaboratively with RTD to achieve PCI compliance for hosting and managed services for fare collection servers. Provided managed services for Cloudflare and Crowdstrike.

NewPush is one of the most responsive vendors in my experience. They are consistently on time or early, NewPush proactively brings up issues that could become a problem so that we can address them before they become problems. All issues brought up with NewPush have been resolved.
