What was the scope of their involvement?

Network Antics LLC provided ongoing IT support and consulting services for my business. The latest project included the migration of Google Workspace to Microsoft 365 Exchange. The team also set up identification management for centralized authentication to all computers and performed Synology backup for Exchange email and SharePoint.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We can now easily share documents and spreadsheets with SharePoint. Outlook is now functioning a lot better since the migration. I no longer have to move a year's worth of email data on an annual basis. Overall, the speed and reliability of accessing emails and shared documents have improved.
