I'm the Director of Business Operations and my company provides strategic and operational support for pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare companies, and professional societies and associations

Our company needed a full service IT company to assist with workstation set up and maintenance, ongoing increased security needs, and other IT needs.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

After receiving competitive proposals, we met with Roberta to further discuss the services provided. Based on the total package, including her involvement and availability to ensure the services provided were as proposed, we selected her company.

They set up and managed a secure global network (Cloud VPN, DNS Filtering); Duo managed authentication; anti-virus software; patch management; remote user security; cloud services users, security and permissions; monitoring equipment for optimal performance; 24/7 help desk support

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

There were 3 primary members of the team that I worked with - the CEO, Office Administrator, and Senior Technician. However, with 24/7 support, technical support was available to our entire company at any given time.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Some of our pharmaceutical clients had very specific IT security contractual requirements and GGIT was always able to assist with ensuring compliance.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We communicated via chat or email and once a ticket was created, the response time was fast. For immediate critical needs, someone was always available.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They were approachable, and they listened to our wants and needs. Any issue brought to their attention was addressed and rectified immediately. A company with integrity.
