I also saw more patients in the first quarter this year than I ever have previously, and it was a substantial increase: I went from 10 patients a week to 30 patients a week. I can only assume it's due to my website and SEO success because I haven't done any other marketing. From what I understand, a lot of businesses will leave you on your own once you're up and running, but Phoenix makes time and effort to ensure my needs are met.

Our partnership with them is tightknit. They gave us a very specific timeline and met all the milestones on time or early. When we needed last minute changes, they dealt with them immediately. In one instance, the logos weren’t appearing properly in Internet Explorer. We wrote to them and they had the problem resolved within an hour. Most of their projects are much quicker, but they accommodated our long building schedule.

There were also key moments when Pax shared in-progress ideas and storyboards--this was a HUGE help as it felt like we were not left in the dark on some of the decision processes. Felt great to be included. I think our team experienced some confusion as non-design outsiders on some of the jargon and expectations during the start of the project, but those quickly ironed out as our team and Pax developed shared language and expectations. It was also often much better to be in person than virtual for ideation sessions.

The first batch of photos we received wasn’t what we had imagined or wanted, so we asked them to re-edit them, so the second batch ended up looking great — they understood what we wanted after that first round, and we’re still using the photos now. Their approach towards completing the job the way the hotel wanted was the most important thing to us — they were ready to redo the job a few times until we got the final result. If we had more discussions in the very beginning about the results we wanted to have, we wouldn’t have had to ask for the re-edits.

While we shifted management of this project on the client side (a few times!), the Wide Eye team was a consistent source of structure and forward momentum throughout.
