• Refresh our logo and branding to be more modern and representative of who we are.

Key Deliverables:

• Review and recommend improvements to site architecture to vastly strengthen the findability/ search-ability of important content
• Work with the Endeavor team to more clearly and succinctly communicate the organization’s value proposition and seamlessly display success stories on the website
• Modernize the look & feel and design the Endeavor brand and online presence
• Build the site on WordPress CMS to be highly flexible, adaptable, and easy-to-use for staff
• Ensure the website is fast loading, secure, and stable
• Follow all modern best practices for coding, social media sharing, and SEO to ensure that the website has the longest lifespan possible
• Follow best practices for WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards
• Setup a WordPress template and WordPress Multi-Site network for local office launches

Wide Eye's project management was impeccable. Every detail of the project was kept on a shared Asana board and the project manager assigned to us kept everyone on task.

They had a great ability to really embed themselves into our company and learn so they can provide the best solutions. Their team went above and beyond to really understand our very unique business. Within weeks, they were speaking our language and could effectively communicate about what should be done to address the project needs.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Wide Eye could have done differently?

Honestly, not really. This was the best agency experience I have ever had and we continue to work with them now.

Our political advocacy organization requested proposals from agencies to build a modern, action-oriented website that would:

• invite supporters to take action and donate
• be a modern calling card to replace a creaky, outdated website!

With absolutely no exceptions, Wide Eye delivered excellent products on time. Wide Eye has a super tight project management system -- we felt we were in great hands every step of the way.

The team at Wide Eye supporting our project included designers, engineers, and and a dedicated project manager who managed the relationship, the calendar, deliverables, feedback rounds, etc. via Asana. They shared all mockups, wireframes, and assets via Figma in formats that were easy to navigate and provide feedback on. While we shifted management of this project on the client side (a few times!), the Wide Eye team was a consistent source of structure and forward momentum throughout.

Wide Eye's design was always exceptional — clean, striking, and delightful but never distracting. And having partnered with them on more than a half dozen projects over the last decade, I'm confident that Wide Eye is uniquely experienced and expert among agencies that serve the non-profit, advocacy, and political spaces.

Demand Justice is an advocacy nonprofit working to raise the salience of the judiciary among progressives. I serve as the Creative Director and oversee our graphic design, video production, and web products.

For what projects/services did your company hire Wide Eye, and what were your goals?

We hired Wide Eye to develop a website for our Supreme Court Voter campaign, supremecourtvoter.org.

SOLUTION

How did you select Wide Eye and what were the deciding factors?

We chose Wide Eye because they are the absolute best! We'd worked with them before to redesign our organization's website demandjustice.org and had such a good experience we were eager to work with them again.

We needed a stand alone web property that described each issue, housed our digital ads and press updates. It was important for this to be designed with the mobile user experience as the top priority.

We had weekly calls with the account team where they walked us through approvals and outstanding needs and we they also tracked every production step in Asana.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked most directly with Josh Dolin and Erin Rappleye, both Digital Strategists. For design we worked with Vania Myers for both brand redesign and mock ups of the website.

This project timeline was a really tight turnaround considering the scope of work and they did a great job of maintaining the schedule while executing a top-of-the-line website.

It felt clear how invested they are in our mission and how dedicated they are to creating the highest quality result. Both for the public facing user experience and the back end user experience.

Wide Eye's design work is unmatched--the rebranding process was painless and smooth, ending with a logo and brand that is popular with staff, donors and others. The discovery process for building the site was also incredibly effective and clear, so that the actual process of development went very smoothly, with minimal back and forth.
