We reached out to Derek Reed on the referral of one of my customers. Derek was a true pleasure to work with. He is very friendly and personable. Not to mention extremely knowledgeable on web development and social media marketing.

He created us a new logo and designed an entire e-commerce platform for my sports card business from scratch. I was looking for someone that could bring my ideas to life and I found them in Derek.

He built us a new e-commerce website for my sports card business.

He first designed us a new logo and then built the website afterwards. The process from start to finish took about one month. He has since updated our website weekly with any new changes that we have needed.

He is very calming and laid back. An easy person to work with.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Only thing I would recommend is building the site where it is a easier for the end user to update themselves. It is still a bit confusing for me to update the content myself due to my own web design constraints.

I engaged Reed Design Group to create a website and logo for my company. Additionally, they have coordinated a series of marketing efforts to help grow my business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Derek (Principal/Design Consultant, Reed Design Group) and I discussed my company’s services and what I envisioned for my web presence. I outlined the pages that I wanted, and I requested that my designs for wedding invitations be showcased in the best light. I gave Derek full control of the creative process from there.

He began by creating my company’s logo, which then drove the design and development of my website. I had the opportunity to review all of his finished work before the website launched, and once I gave my approval, the site went live on time.

Reed Design Group’s marketing services primarily center on SEO and social media marketing through Instagram and Facebook. Through those efforts, Derek tracks the amount of traffic I receive to the site.

I receive many compliments about my site. It’s been very well-received, and I’ve seen an increase in traffic and sales since the site has launched. I loved Derek’s work, and I’ve already referred him to others.

My clients and customers all love the new site. They praise the content and fresh design. I've even had people try to copy the entire site. At the end of the day, I just wanted a website that visitors can click on and not worry about getting a virus. I’m happy because the site does what it’s supposed to do and more.

Their team is excellent. Derek is very flexible. My schedule is all over the pace. He’s willing to work around my schedule, whatever it may be. I really appreciate how he always makes himself available. He constantly communicates with me, so everything is done on time with no hiccups.

Reed Design Group offers great customer service and a willingness to get the job done. One of the things that I like best is that they offer a new perspective by bringing fresh ideas to the table.
