Introduce your business and what you do there.

I’m the owner of a barbershop called Craftsmen Barbershop.

What challenge were you trying to address with PearTree Design, LLC?

I had a rough design of my business logo, so I needed someone to add a professional touch and apply necessary improvements.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

I sent my original logo to them, and they immediately worked on it. I was very picky, but they were patient with me and thorough with the process. They eventually gave me several designs to choose from, all of which were actually better than my initial design. They’ve also helped me market my products, including the apparel for my shop.

What is the team composition?

I work with two people from the PearTree Design, LLC team, including Kevin (Owner & Creative Director).

How did you come to work with PearTree Design, LLC?

I was searching online for design companies within our area and their company came up.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $15,000 so far.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in March 2021, and our engagement is still ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

I’m really happy with my shop’s new logo — it’s very classy and elegant. I’ve also shown it to numerous people, and they all loved it.

Everything has been done in a timely manner; they’re always on top of things and no time is wasted. They also communicate well and respond to my requests in a matter of minutes via email.

There are plenty of designers out there that, while they may be talented, are difficult to talk to. Kevin, PearTree’s owner, has a great personality and is extremely easy to work with. They had such a great variety of work that I was quite comfortable giving them that first project.
