Please describe your company and your position there.

I am the founder and owner of RJ Furniture, a contract office furniture dealer in Chicago. We have been in business since 1980 and work throughout the US.

We needed a rebrand and new website, our look was extremely dated.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to a more contemporary look to our company and bring our online presence into the 21st century.

New logo, colors fonts stationary, business cards. New website hosting, new website from the ground up. They did it all.

What was the team composition?

We worked with top management who also had graphic designers and web architects under him.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Traffic soared, bounce rate improved drastically, we had several new pieces of business close and current customers comment on how much they like the new look for our company.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

It was extremely effective, lots of proactive communication.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Quality of the people - and their work was outstanding. Great value, not cheap by any means but worth the budget.

Not that we can think of.
