Even if it wasn’t scheduled, she would usually call, text, or email me back within the hour. They met my deadlines. I requested some revisions on the brand playbook, and they made those right away. Especially when starting a new brand or company, clients should provide as much information as possible on the frontend to make the collaboration more impactful. They may need to go back and forth in the beginning to really identify what the brand is. Robyn & Robyn does a great job in the initial call of just laying all of that out. They had an extensive questionnaire that we filled out, and we had to do our homework as well. It’s not something that they can do without the client’s collaboration. The more we think about it, the more we know, and the more impactful the collaboration will be.

Nicolas has stayed in contact and he sends me emails every day on what’s going on. However, I want to see what the funnel can really do for my company and if it’s going to be able to do anything for my company. Nicholas did explain that my garments are very expensive, so that’s one of the issues that we are having. However, it’s not like they can really do anything about it. We’re still in the process, but at least things are moving right now. Overall, their communication is good and I have no complaints about it since they answer all my questions. Nicolas also reports to me frequently. However, with all the other errors that I’m seeing, I can’t really recommend them yet. I want to know if changing the details of their work is going to cost more, but I've already paid for the funnel for the Thanksgiving Black Friday.
