I’m the owner of a dealership of large format printing equipment.

We needed help with our website design.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Our existing site was outdated so they built our website from scratch on WordPress with new drop-down menus, navigations, roll-in video. They also added new graphics.

We work with two people from their team.

How did you come to work with Najgraphics LLC ?

One of our contacts there used to work for us. They branched off into their own business and we’ve always gotten along great. When we needed something, I reached out and they were able to help.

How much have you invested with them?    

We’ve invested $15,000.

What is the status of this engagement?

We began working together from May – October 2017.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We were very satisfied with the site. We had very good results from our instant messaging live chat. We’re going to have to re-do it soon, but it’s been working well for us the last couple of years. Customers find the site easy to navigate and very informational.

How did Najgraphics LLC perform from a project management standpoint?

They worked very well. They reacted quickly and we had no issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very responsive.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’m sure they could have done more if we had the budget for it. For what we needed, they did a fine job.

I would refer them to any potential clients.
